Where Does Time Go???

Today was my granddaughter's 1st birthday (okay, actually yesterday since it's after midnight when I'm writing this).....I still can't believe that she is a year old already! Where, oh where, does time go?? It passes by so quickly anymore. I actually got to spend some time with my granddaughter today, which doesn't happen very often due to my stubborn, selfish, irresponsible son. Yep, I just said that about my son. Don't get me wrong.....I love him with all my heart, but he is very selfish & doesn't want to accept responsibility for his actions. I know, he's still just a baby himself as he'll only be turning 19 this Thursday, but he has a baby & a wife now that he just doesn't even seem to care about. Anyway, today he asked me if I could babysit. I was in heaven the entire time my granddaughter was here :) She is just so precious & such an angel. And of course, I had to take a bunch of pictures of her while I was watching her (see above pic).

After I dropped her back off with her Mom, the rest of the day was pretty boring. Did some gardening after we ate dinner & then watch the movie Thirteen on Cinemax. After the movie, I was looking through my new Memory Makers magazine that just arrived today & saw the neatest new scrapbooking tool that I just gotta have.....it's called the Fastenator by EK Success. It's just basically a stapler, but has these wider staples you can buy for it. Now off to find me one.....QUICK! LOL

Well, I guess that's it for tonight......kinda tired & got a busy day tomorrow.
